How long will it take to get a fair and reasonable settlement offer in a Florida drunk driving accident?

Drunk Driving Case, question I hear all the time is: What is a fair settlement on that? What’s a fair verdict on that? Depends on the harm that’s involved in the case. Next question I always get is, “How long is this going to take until it’s finished?” The answer is: It depends on how much harm is done. The more harm is done, the more complicated the case is. Every single personal injury case, DUI cases included, are “good news/bad news” stories. The bad news might be that somebody is hurt really, really bad. Then you could say, the good news is, the more they’re hurt, the more money their case is worth. On the other hand, if they’re not hurt very bad, then the good news is they could have been injured really severely, but they weren’t. That’s really good news! Bad news, it’s not a lottery ticket. You’re not going to get a lot of money if you weren’t seriously hurt.
