What if I was partially at-fault for causing the Florida motorcycle accident?

If you were in a motorcycle accident in Florida and it was partially your fault, it doesn’t mean that you don’t have rights. It doesn’t mean that you don’t have a claim, against the other person because if you were partially at fault, what does that tell me? It tells me that they were partially at fault too. Now, how much were they at fault? How much were you at fault? That’s what’s going to make the difference as far as how much your claim is worth, but even if you were partially at fault, you’re still going to have a claim against the other person’s insurance company. Even if you were mostly at fault, you’re still going to have a claim against the other person’s insurance company. What do they have to pay for? They have to pay for the harm that they caused, so if they caused 20% of the harm then they need to pay 20% of the damages. It’s the only fair way to do it and that’s the law we have in Florida.
