How do brain injury lawsuit trial proceedings work in Florida?

Brain injury lawsuits and trials. Well, brain injury trials, a lot of times they take a little longer than other trials do just because of the number of witnesses that are involved. They go to trial. Brain injury cases go to trial just like other civil lawsuits do, but usually you’re going to have  neurologists, sometimes neurosurgeons, radiologists, of course, specialists called neuropsychologists. We also usually have life care planners, economists. There’s a very, very long list of people who are subject matter experts in very specific areas that go into a brain injury trial on both sides. Typically, they take longer than other cases do, and it requires better doctors than other cases do and maybe even better lawyers, too.
