Is the person who caused the car accident in Florida subject to lawsuits initiated by the victims or their insurance companies?

When somebody causes a car accident in Florida, whoever’s at fault, they’re definitely going to be subject to lawsuits by however many victims there are. Some people could be victimized just because their cars were damaged. Other people could have personal injuries, as well. Whoever suffered the injuries, they’re going to have claims against the person who caused the harm. Your own insurance company, if you are not at fault, if your insurance company repaired your vehicle, they can have a claim against the other person’s insurance company, or if you have underinsured motorist coverage, they can have a claim against the person who caused your injuries. All that stuff is really your insurance company’s issue. It’s their problem. You don’t need to worry about it. You’ve got a right to the coverage that you bought through your insurance company, and you’ve got a right to compensation from the person who caused the accident.
