Can a bar, restaurant, or liquor store be held responsible if alcohol is sold or given to a minor?

Bars, restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, anybody can be held accountable if they knowingly give alcohol to minors, so if they sell alcohol to a minor, somebody sells alcohol to a minor and they know that person’s a minor, they’re going to be held accountable for that. That’s a problem for them, or if somebody just gives alcohol to a minor, they don’t even sell it, they don’t get any money for it, but they know the person’s a minor, and they give alcohol to him, they’re in trouble for it, so short version is this: Anybody who knows that a person is a minor and gives or sells them alcohol, you’re going to be in trouble for that.
